About Syncro

Syncro is a unified IT management and security platform built for both Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams. The platform brings together endpoint management, service automation, ticketing, remote access, patch management, scripting, Microsoft 365 management, and security baselines in a single, fully integrated product. Syncro is built to build the businesses of the IT professionals who run on it.

We're looking for a Strategic Account Executive to own our largest, highest-value opportunities across both audiences and help shape how we win them.

The Opportunity

You’ll own a full-cycle sales role selling Syncro into larger MSPs and internal IT teams. You’ll work a mix of inbound opportunities and self-sourced pipeline, partnering closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Sales Engineering to run consultative, value-driven sales cycles.

This is a great fit if you're a builder at heart: someone who can carry and close sophisticated deals while helping define the playbooks, messaging, and pipeline strategy that let us scale the motion.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the strategic account motion across both audiences
  • Source and close net-new logos:
    • Work inbound leads from MSP and internal IT buyers.
    • Execute coordinated outbound efforts with marketing support to pipeline in strategic accounts.
  • Run consultative, value-based sales cycles
    • Lead deep discovery to understand each account's tools, workflows, and pain points across support, endpoint management, security, and automation.
    • Apply a solution-selling and value-based framework to map Syncro's capabilities to the business outcomes each stakeholder cares about.
    • Tailor demos (with SE support) to show how Syncro consolidates tooling, hardens security posture, and simplifies operations.
    • Build clear business cases that connect Syncro to efficiency, risk reduction, and cost savings, and quantify the value where you can.
    • Navigate IT, security, finance, and operations stakeholders inside the same deal.
  • Collaborate across go-to-market
    • Work with sales and marketing teams to maximize output on target accounts, sequences, and follow-up strategies.
    • Share field feedback with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and content that resonate with each audience.
    • Provide structured product feedback to help inform roadmap discussions.
  • Help build a repeatable playbook
    • Contribute to defining ICP, personas, talk tracks, and qualification criteria for strategic MSP and internal IT accounts.
    • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.
    • Document what works so we can scale the motion, not just one rep.
Must-Have Skills
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS experience (minimum 4), ideally selling to IT buyers (MSP owners and operators, IT Ops, Help Desk, Infrastructure, Security, etc.).
  • Experience selling into larger, more complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with a solution-selling and/or value-based selling methodology (for example MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, or similar).
  • Experience with products like PSA, RMM, ITSM, endpoint management, remote support, security tooling, or adjacent IT platforms.
  • A consistent track record of:
    • Meeting or exceeding quota, with larger deal sizes.
    • Sourcing a meaningful share of your own pipeline through disciplined prospecting.
    • Running structured discovery and managing multi-threaded deals to close.
  • Strong consultative chops: you're comfortable mapping technical capabilities to business outcomes and building quantified business cases.
  • You like build mode: comfortable testing new approaches, refining messaging, and helping shape the GTM plan for a growing, strategic segment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Direct experience selling to both MSPs and internal IT teams.
  • Background in MSP tooling, RMM/PSA, or IT operations and security platforms.
  • Experience as a strategic or enterprise AE on a new product, segment, or motion.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance conversations (endpoint security, patch compliance, Microsoft 365, Entra ID).
Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • High-impact role owning Syncro's most strategic accounts across two growing audiences.
  • Real influence over territory, messaging, and process, not just inheriting them.
  • Close collaboration with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, plus clear growth paths as the motion scales.
Interview Process
  • Initial Zoom call with HR
  • Interview with Hiring Manager
  • Interview with Sales Team

We value the opportunity to meet our potential team members face-to-face; therefore, a live, in-person interview is a required final step before an offer is extended. Please note that this will include travel at Syncro's expense to do so. To ensure the integrity of our team, all successful candidates will also undergo a thorough background and identity screening during the onboarding process.

AI Usage Policy For Interviews

We encourage candidates to use AI tools to help prepare for interviews, whether that means practicing responses, researching our company, or refining your resume. That said, during live interviews, we expect all answers and interactions to come directly from you without real-time help from AI or other tools. We are not looking for perfect answers. We are looking for honest insights, real experiences, and genuine communication so we can fairly and accurately get to know you.
