Job summary

Precision AQ is seeking a Strategic Account Associate in medical communications to support and manage strategic client accounts remotely in the United States. You will partner with Senior Account Leaders to develop annual strategic and tactical plans, oversee project execution, and help ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals.

You will assist with scoping, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring team efficiency, while growing ownership of client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of account management experience in medical communications or related industry.
• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or PharmD) preferred.
• PowerPoint design proficiency; strong strategic, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day client contact on assigned accounts with senior leadership.
• Develop understanding of clients’ goals and translate into actionable plans.
• Help manage scoping, budgets, forecasting, and monitor team efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget deliverables.
• Lead or support client meetings and planning calls with healthcare professionals.
• Identify growth opportunities and communicate risks to leadership.
