Job summary

Slate Auto Center seeks an energetic Accessories Buyer to build a strategic supplier base, lead negotiations, and manage RFIs, RFQs, and supplier agreements. You will drive cost targets across exterior, interior, and tech accessories, while resolving cost, quality, and delivery issues with product development and quality teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in procurement or engineering, with strong communication and negotiation skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in Procurement/Supply Chain or Engineering preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic supplier base and lead negotiations.
• Manage RFIs, RFQs, and supplier agreements to meet program targets.
• Quote and negotiate pricing for vehicle accessories across exterior, interior, and tech.
• Address cost, quality, and delivery issues with cross-functional teams.
• Drive supplier cost reductions and ensure adherence to Global Terms & Conditions.
