You will lead Teaching & Learning, Student Services, and School offices, ensuring high-quality instruction and equitable opportunities.

This senior role requires a strong instructional and operational background, partnership with the CEO and cabinet, and a focus on college and career readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of senior leadership experience in K-12 urban public districts.
• Master’s degree in education or related field; Doctorate preferred.
• Experience in data-driven instructional improvement and equity initiatives.
• Ohio Administrator License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Building Brighter Futures implementation and expand advanced coursework across schools.
• Ensure coherence of curriculum, instruction, and college/career pathways.
• Manage an 80+ member Academics team and align budgets and resources.
• Engage with Board, Mayor, and community partners; drive district priorities.
