Job summary

TAB Bank is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Ogden, UT to originate and structure asset-based lines of credit, factoring, and related treasury services for small and mid-size businesses.

You will build and maintain a robust referral network, present tailored financial solutions, and guide deals through due diligence while meeting quarterly targets. Travel weekly to meet clients and referral sources as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry-specific experience.
• Proven track record in sales within the Factoring and Asset-Based Lending (ABL) industry.
• Strong commercial and business acumen with 5+ years’ experience in sales, credit analysis, finance, commercial lending, marketing, underwriting, M&A, or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Drive direct sales efforts targeting small and medium-sized businesses, delivering tailored financial solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong referral network with lenders, professional firms, and industry partners.
• Conduct sales presentations and onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience with TAB products and services.
• Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets through proactive business development and relationship management.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of TAB’s product portfolio to identify cross-selling opportunities.
