J.P. Morgan Asset Management is seeking a 529 Relationship Manager and Investment Specialist to lead the national sales strategy for education savings.

You will work with the Education Savings team to position our thought leadership platform to advisors and end-clients nationwide and manage relationships with state partners and Plan recordkeepers. In this role, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Investments, and Legal teams to deliver 529 plan solutions, develop quarterly board

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 10+ years in asset management sales with a proven track record.
• Knowledge of 529 structures and regulations.
• Ability to lead institutional relationships across investments, client service, marketing and operations.
• Strong presentation, writing, and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop targeted sales strategy for delivering results against defined sales, activity and performance metrics and benchmarks.
• Work with education savings team and JP Morgan Asset Management salesforce to broaden reach of 529 plan solutions.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Sales, Marketing, Investments, Product, Legal and Operations to drive revenue.
• Strategize with broker-dealer firms on 529 plan goals and initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with State partners and Plan recordkeeper; develop board presentations and investment reviews.
• Oversee product updates with State partners; manage internal/external stakeholders’ workflow and reporting.
• Support content development to position Education Savings Team as thought leader; assist with training and servicing support.
• Collaborate with marketing on growth strategy, target audiences, and budgeting; apply data to target sales.
