Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to the Specialists and Associates in the Illinois State 4-H Office.
• Supervise events and communications planning for Illinois 4-H staff.
• Lead statewide program staff in annual work plans and performance appraisals.
• Provide professional development to staff aligned with the State 4-H Office strategy.
• Collaborate with Senior Program Leads to ensure data, finance, HR and branding alignment.
