Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• No production or lumber experience required; full training provided.
• Maintenance experience, mechanical ability, and leadership skills are valuable for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between sorting/stacking hardwood boards and strapping/stacking flooring boxes.
• Lift up to 70 lbs when in the strapping position.
