Qualifications

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated temperatures.
• 1 year casting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate caster equipment (mold, ladle, tundish, control panel) to ensure billet dimensions and traceability.
• Maintain product flow through the cooling bed and support department needs.
• Cross-train in other positions within the department as required.
