Job summary

Dohrn Transport Company in Missouri is seeking a Full Time Class B Driver for our Sturgeon terminal. Pay is $26.32/hour to start and $29.84/hour after the first year. Hours are Monday–Friday, dayshift, with benefits including health/vision/dental, 401k matching, and life insurance.

Drive a straight truck between customer locations, loading/unloading as needed, and securing freight. You will complete required records and comply with DOT and company safety policies.

Qualifications

• A minimum age of 21.
• One year of verifiable Class B equipment experience.
• Must pass a road test administered by a Dohrn Transfer Driver Trainer.
• Must possess Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsements or obtain within required time period.
• Must hold a valid CDL issued by resident state; provide license information for verification.
• No DUI/OWI or Reckless Driving in last 5 years and maintain a clean MVR.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
• 10-year work history check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a straight truck between customer locations to deliver and pick up freight.
• Load and unload the truck as needed; assist from dockworkers.
• Secure freight using straps or other methods.
• Inspect vehicle and comply with federal/state/local regulations.
• Maintain records for driver logs and regulatory compliance.
