Job summary

Maersk in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a reliable Non-CDL Truck Driver to join our team. You will operate a straight truck, load and unload freight using a liftgate or pallet jack, and deliver to commercial and residential locations while maintaining safety and timeliness.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of verifiable straight truck/box truck experience, a valid driver's license, and a clean DOT medical record.

• 1 year verifiable straight truck/box truck experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a straight truck.
• Load and unload freight using liftgate and pallet jack when needed.
• Touching freight is required 50% of the time.
• Complete timely and accurate deliveries.
• Deliver to commercial and residential locations.
• Some installations may be required.

Job description

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Non-CDLTruck Driver to join our team in Elizabeth, NJ. Candidates MUST HAVE AT Least 1 year of verifiable experience in the last 3 years.

• 50% TOUCH FREIGH
• Pay : $25.00 per hour
• 1000 SIGN ON BONUS
• The above stated pay is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday - 9am-6:30pm

• Load and unload freight using liftgate and pallet jack when needed
• touching freight is required 50% of time
• Complete timely and accurate deliveries
• Deliver to commercial and residential locations
• Some Installations may be required

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• DOT MEDICAL Required
• Clean driving record
• No speeding 15 over
• No DUI or criminal history
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Straight truck/ Box Truck experience
• Must complete full application process
• Must pass road test
