STR MGMT/e-COMMERCE SUPERVISOR Store #302 ( Omaha, NE ) (Finance)

Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to achieve sales objectives, goals, and budgets. Responsible for staffing and developing associates to achieve desired results. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Experience in hiring and staffing
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch

  • Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and food safety standards.
  • Leading the planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.

  • Analyzing and responding to the competitive landscape.
  • Managing order fulfillment, substitutions, and inventory issues.
  • Monitoring equipment and troubleshooting issues.
