Position Summary: Actively hiring as of May 14, 2025
  • Fill STR Mastermind & workshops with high-quality leads. Build lead gen machines that drive massive enrollment for our programs.
  • Master paid & organic lead generation. Deploy high-ROI ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn to attract high-intent prospects.
  • Create magnetic content. Develop viral short-form videos, persuasive long-form content, and high-converting email sequences that position Bolt Farm as the go-to STR brand.
  • Engineer lead funnels & conversion systems. Build, optimize, and scale high-converting funnels, retargeting campaigns, and automation sequences that drive consistent, scalable revenue.
  • Own social media dominance. Expand Bolt Farm’s reach, engagement, and influence across all key platforms.
