Storyville is hiring for our full-time Storyville Crew Member Training program. This is a paid-to-train position where you will learn the subtleties of hospitality and the craft of espresso during a 4-week intensive, and upon graduation, be eligible for a barista position in our coffee shop.

As a Crew Member Trainee, You Will Receive
- Hourly wage of $20.76
- Consistent training hours (includes weekend days)
- Professional training and advancement opportunities
As a Full-time Storyville Crew Member, You Will Receive
- Hourly compensation of $24-31 (hourly wage + tips)
- Medical Insurance, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance
- Unlimited Orca Card
- 2 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually

Requirements

- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with a calm and positive demeanor.

- Eager to learn with a desire to be challenged.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a barista. If you have additional experience in the hospitality industry, at a front desk or concierge, as a tour guide, in sales and retail, as a cleaner, server, or in a kitchen, you are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to lift and carry 30lbs.
- To be eligible for full-time employment, you must be available to work shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
