Job summary

Lifeshape is seeking a Communications Specialist to create written, video, and graphic content that supports the organization's mission of strengthening ministries that reach nations with the gospel. You will assist with major events, branding, and marketing materials, coordinating assets and vendors when needed.

The role requires 1–3 years in communications or related fields, strong Adobe skills, and excellent written/verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in communications, video production, graphic design, media, marketing or a related field.
• 2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including at least two applications (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt tone and style.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish written, video and graphic content across storytelling platforms.
• Support production of Lifeshape’s e-newsletter including content requests, calendaring, writing and asset selection.
• Support major events such as Life and NEXT with invitations, registration, programming and on-site support.
• Develop marketing materials including presentations and promotional collateral.
• Maintain storytelling platforms across websites, kiosks and displays.
• Manage photo, video and graphic asset libraries.
• Coordinate external vendors as directed by the Sr. Manager of Communications.
• Provide administrative support including timelines and task tracking.
