Job summary

MFI Technologies Incorporated in New York City is seeking a Temporary Video Editor for Men's Health and Women's Health to shape health storytelling through dynamic, visually compelling video across platforms that reach millions.

The role requires 3 years of edit/post, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with Avid or DaVinci Resolve. You will craft pacing, sound design, and color, and collaborate with a fast‑paced production team in‑office 4 days a week.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in video editing and post-production, including motion design.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to troubleshoot media and technical issues.
Familiarity with Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms.
Strong sense of storytelling, with an exceptional eye for pacing, sound design, and shot selection.
Experience with audio mixing and color correction/grading.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced production environment.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Experience with camera work, lighting, or live audio is a plus.
Based in New York City with the ability to work in-office 4 days per week
