Job summary

Oldcastle is seeking a Stormwater Maintenance Vacuum Truck Operator to clean stormwater structures and support repairs under supervision. The role requires CDL Class B with Tanker Endorsement, prior vacuum truck experience, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.

You will conduct inspections, operate the vacuum truck safely, maintain records, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards while collaborating with the field team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class B with Tanker Endorsement (A with Tanker preferred).
• Experience operating vacuum trucks or similar equipment.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and work outdoors.
• Must adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive the stormwater maintenance vacuum truck safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition.
• Use the vacuum truck's equipment to remove sediment, trash, leaves, and debris from stormwater structures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries while operating the vehicle.
• Follow environmental regulations for proper disposal of collected materials.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks.
• Ensure all daily tasks are completed safely.
• Perform other duties as needed.
