Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is hiring a Stormwater Maintenance Vacuum Truck Operator to clean stormwater structures and assist with repairs. You will drive and operate a vacuum truck, perform inspections, and ensure safe, efficient task completion in outdoor environments.

The role requires a High School diploma, CDL with Tanker Endorsement (Class B required, Class A preferred), and prior vacuum truck experience. Physical tasks and strict safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Class B CDL with Tanker Endorsement required; Class A with Tanker Endorsement preferred.
• Previous experience operating vacuum trucks or similar equipment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Commitment to safety protocols and consistent work performance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive the stormwater maintenance vacuum truck safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Use equipment to remove sediment, trash, leaves, and debris from stormwater structures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Dispose of collected materials according to environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks.
