Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is hiring a Stormwater Maintenance Vacuum Truck Operator in the Phoenix area. Under supervision, you will perform tasks to clean stormwater structures and support repairs as needed.

Responsibilities include operating the vacuum truck safely, inspecting the vehicle, and removing debris from inlets and drainage systems while maintaining proper records and following safety and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Class B CDL with Tanker Endorsement; Class A with Tanker Endorsement preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Strong safety record and ability to adhere to protocols.
• Experience operating vacuum trucks or similar equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive the stormwater maintenance vacuum truck safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck.
• Use vacuum truck equipment to remove sediment, trash, leaves, and debris.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries while operating the truck.
• Follow environmental regulations for disposal of collected materials.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks.
• Ensure all daily tasks are completed safely.
• Perform other duties as needed.
