Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a Stormwater Maintenance Vacuum Truck Operator. Under supervision, you will drive and operate a vacuum truck to clean stormwater structures and inlets, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and support repair work as needed.

The role requires a High School diploma, a Class B CDL with Tanker endorsement (Class A preferred), prior experience with vacuum trucks, physical stamina, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum Class B CDL with Tanker Endorsement; Class A with Tanker Endorsement preferred.
• Experience operating vacuum trucks or similar equipment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to them.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive the stormwater maintenance vacuum truck safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition.
• Use the vacuum truck's equipment to remove sediment, trash, leaves, and debris from stormwater structures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries while operating the vehicle.
• Follow environmental regulations for proper disposal of collected materials.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks safely.
• Other duties as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Stormwater Maintenance Vacuum Truck Operator. Under supervision of the Field Operations Supervisor, the Stormwater Maintenance Vacuum Truck Operator performs such tasks and duties as are necessary for cleaning stormwater structures and systems including but not limited to drywells, envibro systems, treatment systems, and stormwater inlets. The position also supports the repairing of stormwater structures as needed. Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the ability to obtain a Tanker Endorsement. Class A with Tanker Endorsement is preferred.
• Previous experience operating vacuum trucks or similar equipment.
• The ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and standing or walking for extended periods of time.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to consistently adhere to them to ensure a safe working environment.
• Proven track record of punctuality, reliability, and consistent work performance.
