Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in stormwater, cement, or asphalt work or related field.
• Experience operating heavy equipment is desirable.
• Possession of a valid California Class C driver's license; Class A with tanker endorsement within one year, if hired.

Responsibilities

• Perform stormwater system maintenance and repairs including catch basins, drains, retention basins, and related infrastructure.
• Respond to hazardous spills and assist with emergency storm response.
• Operate trucks and heavy equipment such as skip loaders, backhoes, rollers, and Vactor trucks.
• Perform concrete work: curbs, gutters, sidewalks—set forms, pour, and finish cement.
• Inspect streets and drainage systems; patch asphalt and assist with construction projects.
• Prepare reports; input data into digital asset systems; coordinate with team.
