gpac is seeking a Stormwater Specialist in Fort Wayne, IN. The role focuses on managing municipal and construction stormwater projects, working directly with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to deliver compliant solutions.

The ideal candidate has experience in stormwater, environmental compliance, MS4, SWPPP, civil engineering or environmental science, is organized, self-motivated, and able to balance multiple priorities while building a long-term career with a firm

Qualifications

• Experience in stormwater, environmental compliance, MS4, SWPPP, construction stormwater, civil engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• Organized, self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities and communicate with clients and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage MS4 permit compliance activities from initiation through completion.
• Support Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP) compliance projects.
• Coordinate project planning, field activities, regulatory reviews, reporting, and documentation.
• Prepare and review regulatory reports, inspection records, permit documentation, and project files.
• Work directly with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal project teams.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Apply local, state, and federal stormwater regulations to real-world projects.
• Conduct field activities and inspections as required.
• Help clients navigate complex stormwater and environmental compliance requirements.
