Triangle Pond Management, LLC in North Carolina is hiring full-time Stormwater Repair Crew Members to join our outdoor-focused team across the state. If you enjoy hands-on work and making a real impact on waterways, this role rewards your effort with meaningful field assignments.

You'll work 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. Pay is $18-$22 per hour based on experience, plus benefits like PTO, 8 paid holidays, health/dental/vision, a 401K match, and

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, stormwater management, or the aquatic industry.
• Experience using landscaping equipment such as mowers and hand tools.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfortable working on steep slopes, around water, and wildlife.
• Excellent time management skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review scopes of work with your crew leader.
• Dive into tasks like grading, excavation, erosion control, pipe installation.
• Perform turf establishment, mowing, planting, and invasive plant removal.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Ensure every repair helps restore and protect North Carolina's waterways.
