Requirements include 1–2 years of manual labor experience, knowledge of landscaping equipment, willingness to travel 15+ days per month, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience performing manual outdoor labor.
• Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally, 15+ days per month expected.
• DOT interstate requirements require applicants to be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape maintenance and light repairs of stormwater systems and infrastructure.
• Mow, weed-trim, remove debris, and perform general ground maintenance at client properties.
• Operate landscaping and light construction equipment.
• Travel from shop to client sites locally and regionally using company truck.
