Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC in Nashville, TN is hiring a Landscape Technician (Stormwater) to support the maintenance of stormwater infrastructure on commercial properties. This role suits outdoor experience with hands-on work and a focus on landscape upkeep, light construction, and equipment operation.

You will travel locally/regionally about 15 days per month, working 40-55 hours weekly with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of manual labor/outdoor experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must meet minimum age 21 due to DOT interstate transportation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Routine landscape maintenance and light repairs of stormwater systems and infrastructure (retention ponds, detention basins, drainage ditches, stormwater grates).
• Mowing, weed trimming, debris removal, ground maintenance, light construction, and client property upkeep.
• Operate landscaping and light construction equipment.
• Travel from shop to client sites locally and regionally; typical 15 days per month.
