Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience with manual labor; outdoor experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally (10–15 days per month).
• Must be at least 21 years old due to DOT interstate requirements.
• Candidates must pass pre-employment checks and have a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Routine landscape maintenance and light repairs of stormwater systems and infrastructure.
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, and light construction as needed.
• Operate landscaping and light construction equipment.
• Travel from shop to client sites locally and regionally using company vehicle.
