Job summary

AQUALIS is seeking a Service Delivery Manager / Landscape Crew Lead in Augusta, GA. You’ll help keep the service crew on a demanding schedule during peak season, coordinating weather-dependent projects and reporting progress on stormwater systems.

Responsibilities include leading a crew, performing landscape and environmental tasks, operating equipment, and ensuring safety and DOT compliance. Regional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating basic landscaping equipment and driving a truck/trailer.
• Ability to travel regionally 4–5 days per week with travel expenses covered.
• Background check, drug screening and motor vehicle report required.
• Must support a no-jerk culture and maintain DOT medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a watershed crew in maintaining storm drainage systems.
• Perform environmental maintenance tasks and operate site equipment.
• Document maintenance and inspection reports; track crew expenses.
• Coordinate overnight travel and safety trainings when needed.
• Assist with rehabilitation and repair of stormwater infrastructure.
