Qualifications

• Ability to operate a variety of heavy equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Read and interpret maps, schematics, and basic drawings.
• Commitment to safety and proper operation of equipment and tools.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a crew.

Responsibilities

• Operate light to heavy equipment at job sites (e.g., bulldozer, excavator, dump trucks).
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and report issues.
• Assist in water, sewer, and street maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.
• Set up traffic control devices and direct traffic around work sites.
