Job summary

KC Harvey Environmental in Tioga, ND is seeking a Stormwater Control Foreman to lead erosion control crews across Wyoming operations. This full-time role offers compensation based on experience. You will train and supervise technicians, plan daily activities, assess erosion risks, install sediment barriers, and keep digital records. Regular travel to project sites is required, with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading stormwater management
• Strong GIS office/field experience
• Mechanical aptitude and safety focus
• Willingness to travel regularly to project locations
• Pre-employment drug screening required
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of erosion control technicians.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team’s success.
• Schedule and coordinate daily activities to meet project deadlines.
• Assess client project areas to identify erosion risks and best practices for stormwater control.
• Plan and implement erosion control measures (sediment barriers, silt fences, wattles).
• Conduct site inspections and assess erosion control effectiveness.
• Update inspection and repair documentation in a digital data management system.
• Oversee maintenance and proper use of erosion control equipment and materials.
• Coordinate logistics for various projects.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and address client concerns.
• Adhere to all industry regulations and safety protocols.
• Implement and enforce safety measures to prevent accidents.
• Work closely with clients to ensure expectations are met.
• Assist with vegetation monitoring and reclamation projects.
