The City of Lubbock is seeking a direct, strategic leader to direct, manage, and supervise the Stormwater Compliance department, including the SWMP, billing, investigations, inspections, and enforcement of federal, state, and local regulations. You will coordinate activities with other divisions and stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant service.

Direct, manage, and supervise the activities of the Stormwater Compliance department including the Storm Water Management Program (SWMP), Stormwater Utility Billing, investigation, inspection and enforcement of federal, state, and local regulations. Coordinate assigned activities with other divisions, departments and outside stakeholders.
Completion of a bachelor degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in engineering, planning, public administration, business administration, project/program management or a related field. An additional five (5) to seven (7) years ‘of progressively responsible experience in management; or any combination of relevant education and experience that provides the following:
