Heritage Roofing & Construction in Dallas–Fort Worth is expanding its storm-restoration team and seeks a Sales & Project Manager to work in the field with homeowners, guide them through insurance restoration, and manage projects from start to finish.

This role rewards a driven, competitive person with uncapped earning potential, paid training, and mentorship. Successful candidates are self-motivated, outgoing, willing to knock doors, and able to navigate weather-impacted neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• Field-based sales and project management experience preferred.
• Ability to guide homeowners through insurance restoration.
• Willingness to work outdoors and climb ladders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Heritage Roofing in the community.
• Canvas and build relationships with homeowners.
• Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect and educate homeowners about restoration.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims.
• Manage roofing projects from start to finish with outstanding service.
• Develop and nurture a sales pipeline in your territory.
