Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking a Sales & Project Manager – Roofing Restoration in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. You will be in-field, engaging homeowners, guiding them through the insurance restoration process, and managing projects from start to finish.

This role offers an uncapped earning potential with paid training, base pay, commission opportunities, and hands-on mentorship from experienced leaders. Outdoor work and travel within the territory are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Heritage Roofing in the community.
• Canvass and build relationships; go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect and educate homeowners about restoration options.
• Identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims from inspection to approval.
• Manage roofing projects from start to finish with outstanding service.
• Build your pipeline by generating referrals and relationships in your territory.
