Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction Company is expanding across DFW and seeking motivated sales professionals to help homeowners recover after storm damage. No roofing experience is required; paid training, mentorship, and the tools to succeed are provided.

Earn uncapped income with base pay during training, per-claim pay during training, and commissions. First-year earnings are projected at $100K–$150K+, with top earners reaching $250K+ annually.

Qualifications

• No roofing experience required; attitude and coachability emphasized.
• Willingness to work outdoors and go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days).

Responsibilities

• canvass and build relationships with homeowners.
• go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners.
• inspect and educate homeowners about restoration process.
• identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly and confidently.
• guide homeowners through insurance claims from inspection to approval.
• oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering excellent customer service.
• build your pipeline by generating referrals and creating long-term relationships in your territory.
