Heritage Roofing & Construction Company is seeking Roofing Restoration Specialists to join our field-based sales and project management team in Texas. In this door-to-door role you’ll meet homeowners, explain the restoration process, and help navigate insurance claims.

No roofing experience is required; we provide a 90-day paid training and a base salary with per-claim bonuses and commissions. You’ll manage projects from first knock to final shingle and build a strong referral pipeline.

Qualifications

• No roofing experience required; 90-day paid training provided.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a pickup truck or means to obtain one within 60 days.

Responsabilités

• Knock & Connect with homeowners in target neighborhoods.
• Inspect & Educate homeowners on storm damage and restoration process.
• Advocate for homeowners through the insurance claims process.
• Manage projects from initial contact to final shingle replacement, ensuring quality service.
• Grow a referral network to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
