Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking ambitious Roofing Restoration Specialists to join our in-field sales and project management team. This door-to-door role puts you in front of homeowners, helping them navigate the insurance process and restore their homes.

No roofing experience required—the company provides a 90-day paid training program. Expect base pay, per-claim bonuses, and uncapped commission as you build your pipeline in the storm season.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and driven to win.
• Outgoing personality and comfort with talking to homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license and a pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days).

Responsibilities

• Knock & Connect: canvass neighborhoods and build relationships with homeowners.
• Inspect & Educate: identify storm damage and explain the restoration process.
• Advocate: guide homeowners through the insurance claims process from start to finish.
• Manage: oversee projects from first knock to final shingle with 5-star service.
• Grow: build a referral network to keep your pipeline full.
