Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in project management or administrative management roles.
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Systems Architecture & Implementation: Build and maintain inventory systems; manage Work Order Systems for mechanic shop and mobile inspections.
• Strategic Procurement & Fleet Management: Lead end-to-end technical specifications for truck builds; negotiate with vendors for PPE and vehicles to ensure fleet uptime.
• Standardization & governance: Author, implement SOPs for core functions; ensure fleet uniformity and tool auditing.
• Emergency Response & Field Logistics: Lead during storm events; oversee dispatch and safety compliance in fast-paced environments.
• Asset & Facility Oversight: Manage lifecycle of testing equipment; reset remote yards after events.
• Performance & Cost Optimization: Track KPIs and drive cost savings via vendor negotiations.
• Rental Equipment Management: Manage relationships with local contractors for rental equipment; ensure fleet availability.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field
