This role focuses on customer education, lead generation, and closing restoration agreements. You will work outdoors, inspect properties, document findings, and help clients navigate insurance claims while earning with an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work outdoors and climb ladders as needed
• Adaptable and coachable with a drive to learn sales
• No prior roofing or sales experience required

Responsibilities

• Perform roof and exterior inspections after storm events
• Document damage and present findings to homeowners
• Generate leads through canvassing and referrals
• Assist homeowners in navigating insurance claims
• Obtain signed restoration service agreements
• Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training
