• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
• Coachable and motivated to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform roof and exterior inspections following storm events.
• Document damage and present findings to homeowners.
• Generate leads through canvassing and referrals.
• Assist homeowners in navigating insurance claims.
• Obtain signed agreements for restoration services.
• Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training.
