Job summary

H-E-B in Marble Falls is seeking a Total Store Sanitation Representative to maintain cleanliness and safety for the entire store, inside and out, while ensuring customers feel welcome.

You will perform sanitation tasks, assist customers, and step in as a Customer Service Assistant when needed. This role emphasizes safety SOPs, proactive communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines preferred.
• Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
• Customer service-oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the Store's cleanliness and safety with urgency, including floors, windows, break rooms, and restrooms.
• Maintains supplies for department hand wash sinks (paper towels, soap, sanitizer).
• Cleans and picks up trash and debris from flower beds and yard around the Store.
• Uses H-E-B chemical program and correctly organizes/maintains stock in maintenance room.
• Empties and cleans trash receptacles throughout the store and each department.
• Ensures food safety and sanitation standards by following SOPs.
• Communicates maintenance needs, problems, or solutions to Store Leaders.
• Assists customers in locating products and attends to their needs.
• Performs all duties of Customer Service Assistant when needed.
