Semi-Monthly Salary: $1,458.32* | Annual Salary: $34,999.68

Shift: Day Shift | Days Off: Saturday/Sunday | Work Area: Dietary

St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center provides specialized care for clients diagnosed with mental illness. We seek a positive, energetic individual interested in helping those with mental illness maximize their potential.

Responsibilities include:

• Verifying orders from prime vendors against invoices
• Storing supplies in designated areas (paper storage, dry storage, refrigerator, freezer)
• Using FIFO inventory practices to rotate supplies
• Reporting inconsistencies to supervisors for vendor credit
• Labeling food items with use-by dates and disposing of expired products
• Weighing and pulling ingredients per recipes from CBORD

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience or training in food service or equivalent
• Ability to read and follow recipes
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Dependability and attention to detail
• Completion of 6-month probationary period
• No disciplinary actions in the last 12 months (for current State of Missouri applicants)
• Willingness to receive Hepatitis A vaccination
