Job summary

Cipla is seeking an Enginrring & Projects Lead - Stores and Spares in Fall River, MA. This exempt role oversees end-to-end materials management for engineering and project activities in a GMP-regulated pharma environment, ensuring uninterrupted operations and compliant data integrity.

You will manage SAP MM/PM processes, optimize inventory, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support audits and CAPA. 5–10 years of relevant experience and SAP proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in engineering stores and spares management within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM and PM modules is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering stores and spares across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, utilities, HVAC, automation, and facility areas.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Projects, and Purchase teams for material planning and stock rationalization.
• Perform SAP MM/PM transactions: PRs, POs, Goods Receipt, stock transfers, and scrap postings.
• Maintain GMP-compliant, accurately documented stores with traceability and data integrity.
• Support audits (FDA, MHRA, WHO) and CAPA/Change Control processes.
• Assist with project material planning for equipment installation and facility expansions.
