Base pay range

$97,200.00/yr - $217,700.00/yr

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $97,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $217,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience.

Who We Are Looking For

We’re seeking a Nike Stores Marketing Lead (inline & value doors) to join our dynamic, fast-moving team in Los Angeles! This role involves creating, in partnership with cross-functional teams, innovative 365-day, local brand category fields of play, and seasonal marketing plans to drive traffic to our entire inline retail fleet across Los Angeles.

What You Will Work On

You will develop integrated marketing plans to support Performance and Sportswear, focusing on programming for seasonal brand stories around Sport/Cultural moments (e.g., Olympics, All-Star Game, Super Bowl, World Cup). Your role requires agility to adapt quickly to changing priorities, participate in meetings to develop marketing strategies, present plans to leadership, incorporate feedback, and possibly oversee events and activations through travel.

Who You Will Work With

You will collaborate with Brand Marketing teams, Real Estate, Retail Brand, Visual Merchandising & Styling, Communications, Integrated Media, Consumer Fields of Play, Legal, Digital Brand, Lifecycle Communications, Catalyst Marketing, Sports Marketing, City teams, and agencies. You will report to the Senior Manager of Seasonal Inline Marketing and will have a mentor for onboarding.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success in a large, diverse, matrixed organization.
  • Experience or passion in Sports and the Sports industry is a plus.
  • Ability to craft strategies from scratch, leveraging information and KPIs across marketing and business.
  • Curiosity about industry trends and consumer behavior, with a focus on retail, events, activation planning, and execution.
  • Understanding of omnichannel marketing, membership, and services to create compelling marketing plans that drive brand affinity and store traffic.
  • Willingness to embrace change, push boundaries, and learn from failures.
  • Ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
