Stores Facilitator II

As a Spectrum Store facilitator, you will be part of a dynamic team that trains all of our new hire employees on how to build trust and effectively connect with all of our customers in order to understand how to provide them with the best Spectrum products and services that meet their needs. If developing and inspiring every individual employees’ ability to become the best ambassador of the Spectrum experience sounds like an interesting pursuit for you, then the Stores Facilitator II position at Spectrum may be right for you.   • Pursuing development opportunities to obtain additional expertise and strengthen core skills, building and improving job-related knowledge and leadership skills.
  • Effectively leading a dynamic and inclusive virtual and in-person classroom environment that includes facilitating interactive learning activities.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Training delivery experience at professional level or equivalent 3+ years. Experience or equivalent in the functional area and or business unit 3+ years
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and/or work experience
• Technical skills: Can effectively utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Solid knowledge of different learning approaches
• Skills: Critical thinking and analytical skills. Presentation skills to individuals, online and in person. Advanced skills relating to the functional area and or business unit
• Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Can prioritize and organize effectively. Can communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner. Can communicate with all levels of management and company personnel. Can with the public in a professional manner
• Travel Ability: Office environment.
