Job summary

PSA Airlines is seeking a Supervisor of Stores Contract Maintenance to assist the Manager in ensuring efficient receipt, storage, issuance, transfer and shipment of aviation materials for the EMP operation. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, training of the EMP Stores team and ensuring compliance with PSA policies.

The position requires a high school diploma, at least 2 years in inventory management or supply chain, and the ability to obtain an airport SIDA badge.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in inventory management, materials control or supply chain.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to obtain airport SIDA badge.
• Must be able to speak/read/write English.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract Stores operations and ensure PSA processes are followed.
• Train EMP team in stockroom operations, hazmat and shelf-life handling.
• Support audits and develop metrics for cycle counts and material control.
• Assist in project management for inventories, tool calibration and audits.
