Job Summary:

Under close supervision, responsible for various materials management functions including maintaining inventory, inspecting shipments, delivering items, and operating material handling equipment.

Essential Responsibilities:

7. Process recharge and order documents.
8. Restock and organize supply shelves, removing outdated supplies.
9. Maintain organized, clean, and labeled storage areas.
10. Adjust inventory records as required.
11. Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying conformity to purchase orders.
12. Maintain delivery records and perform cycle counts.
13. Respond to customer inquiries related to logistics services.
14. Assist with return orders or repairs.
15. Ensure proper documentation and packaging for shipments.
16. Sort mail and items for distribution.
17. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts following safety procedures.
18. Perform other duties as assigned.
