Job summary

Chartwells Higher Ed is hiring a full-time Storeroom Supervisor at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY. The role oversees a shift and directs associates to meet policy and procedure requirements.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with weekend availability as needed. You will manage ordering, receiving, inventory, staff training, and performance reviews while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in ordering, receiving, inventory control, and storeroom management is required.
• Ability to train staff and create schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure job expectations are met while following policy.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate employee performance and address high/low performance appropriately.
• Prepare production or sales reports to meet quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Serve as the point of contact for time-off requests or complaints and support team development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
