Job summary

Ardagh Group is seeking a Storeroom Clerk in Olive Branch, MS. You will oversee storeroom inventories, ensure accurate parts stocking, and support SAP-based purchasing to keep production supplies available with high accuracy.

The role requires strong organization, ability to work in a demanding 24/7 facility, and a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred). You’ll collaborate with maintenance, HR, and accounting and may interact with external vendors.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, self-directed and able to work in a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; high school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage storeroom production and process parts inventories with 5S.
• Purchase and inventory control in SAP to optimize stock and minimize carrying costs.
• Coordinate with maintenance for daily preventive maintenance planning.
• Supervise vendor relations and storeroom processes including parts sourcing.
• Interact with production, HR, and accounting; support internal and external customers.
• Ensure proper receiving of parts, moving stock to correct locations, maintain records.
