Job summary

Clearwater Paper Corporation is seeking a Storeroom Attendant, Laborer to receive, store, issue, and maintain inventory of materials, spare parts, tools, and supplies that support mill operations. This role ensures inventory accuracy and material availability to support maintenance and production reliability.

Responsibilities include receiving and processing materials, maintaining records, performing cycle counts, labeling and organizing storeroom space, and adhering to safety and procedural

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse, storeroom, inventory control, material handling, or related industrial operations.
• Knowledge of industrial mechanical/electrical components.
• Experience with inventory management, ERP or CMMS.
• Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) inventory management.
• Experience in heavy industrial operations such as pulp and paper.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read/interpret purchase orders & inventory reports.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Current forklift certification or ability to obtain within training period.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process incoming materials and inventory transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in management systems.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged materials, and stock shortages.
• Support inventory optimization through stock rotation and disposition of obsolete materials.
• Maintain organized, clean, and efficient storeroom environment.
• Label and store materials properly.
• Maintain documentation related to inventory movements.
• Follow established inventory control procedures.
• Support procurement and vendor delivery activities.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
