Job summary

Florida Crystals Corporation in South Bay, FL is seeking a Lead Storeroom Attendant to supervise physical material handling and inventory control in the storeroom area. You will lead team members when the supervisor/manager is absent and ensure processes are followed accurately.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Effective communication with others is required.
Read, write and speak effectively.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect and put away goods from vendors and direct delivery to other points.
Remove, inspect and issue goods to operations and warehouse customers.
Knit parts required for planned jobs.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks supporting reliability of stored items.
System entry of goods receipts from purchase orders.
Carry out physical inventories including cycle counts.
Process returns for purchase orders.
Maintain accurate data entry and warehouse housekeeping.
Assist in identifying and correcting material specs to ensure data consistency.
Other duties as assigned.
