Responsibilities

• Maintain storage areas and ensure proper storage temperatures and labeling per guidelines.
• Rotate stock using first-expired/first-out principles; date and label items.
• Order food and supplies according to company procedures.
• Secure storeroom areas and transport items safely to their destinations.
• Follow HACCP guidelines in receipt and distribution of food supplies.
• Complete reports and logs as required by policy.
